HOSPITALITY

Admission guidelines

When admitted to hospital, patients must present a written referral from their GP to the Admissions Desk, located on the ground floor. They may also book their admission by telephone at the following number:

The Clinic is a rehabilitation facility and as such does not have an Emergency Room. It carries out regular and programmed hospitalization, as well as day-care admission, for a fee or according to the patient’s health insurance plan.

For the admission of NHS patients, patients must present a written referral from their GP or other attending physician in cases where the patient was referred from another facility. The patient is admitted once the appropriateness of the referral is verified by the Clinic’s physicians.

Waiting lists are divided into NHS patients and private patients. They are handled in chronological order, with the exception of post-acute rehabilitation patients and urgent cases admitted at the discretion of the consulting physician.

Patients should bring personal linen, toiletries, a tracksuit, a dressing gown or a bed jacket. It is also advisable to bring regular clothing.

Do not bring jewellery, valuables and large sums of money either because you will not need it, or because the Clinic will not be held responsible for any loss.

For administrative purposes, the patient must also bring:

  • An identity card;
  • A fiscal code;
  • Any relevant clinical documentation you may have.

In the case of NHS patients, also bring:

  • A written referral from your GP or transfer letter from another institution;
  • Your health insurance card.
